1.What is embroidery?

The main function of embroidery machine depends on the number of heads, the distance between heads, the number of needles, the maximum stroke of embroidery frame X and Y direction, electric control system, manufacturer's brand, etc. The number of heads is the number of heads working at the same time, which determines the efficiency of embroidery machine. Head distance is the distance between two adjacent heads, which determines the size and cost of a single embroidery or cycle. The number of stitches refers to the number of single needles in each head of an embroidery machine, which determines the maximum number of color changes and the color of embroidery products. The maximum stroke of embroidery frame in X and Y directions determines the size of embroidery products produced by embroidery machine. Electronic control system, at present, the electronic control operating system of domestic embroidery machine mainly includes dahao electronic control, Yida electronic control, Fuyi electronic control, Shanlong electronic control and so on. Different manufacturers brand corresponding to different quality, service, professional embroidery machine.
1.The flat embroidery
Flat embroidery is the most widely used embroidery, as long as the material can be embroidered can do flat embroidery.
2.3D embroidery logo
Three-dimensional embroidery (3D) is a three-dimensional pattern formed by wrapping EVA glue inside embroidery thread, which can be produced on ordinary plain embroidery. EVA adhesive has different thickness, hardness and color.
3.Hollow three-dimensional embroidery

6.carving holes embroidery
Hole carving embroidery can be produced on ordinary flat embroidery machine, but the hole carving embroidery device needs to be installed (currently only installed on the first needle rod). 7. Flat gold thread embroidery

8. Bead embroidery
Bead pieces of the same shape and size are specified to be strung together into a rope material and then embroidered on a flat embroidery machine with bead embroidery device.

11.Knit embroidery
