1.Customers send picture styles or original samples, our designers will choose materials and related accessories that are cost-effective in the market to ensure the grammage of full-meter fabrics and color fastness;
2.The designer adjusts according to the thickness of the fabric, shrinkage rate, and related craftsmanship. The crafts include washing, hanging dyeing, tie-dyeing, printing, silk screen printing, watermarking, digital printing, plane embroidery, patch rust, and patch embroidery. Wait;
3.The designer designs 2D drawings, and the customer confirms the initial renderings;
4.Sample sewing;
5.The sample is completed to check the size and overall appearance matching effect, and send the customer to confirm the sample. After the customer confirms that it is correct, it will be sent by DHL or UPS;
6.After the customer receives the sample to check the quality Ok, place a batch order;
7.Purchasing and customized bulk fabrics and accessories;
8.Raw material inspection and related tests
9.The design department confirms the size table of the product and each part, and attaches the prenatal sample to confirm;
10.The cutting machine is used for shrinkage inspection and computer cutting.
11.Workshop sewing;
12.IPQC inspection;
13.Ironing, nailing buttons, button doors, snapbuttons, etc.
14.OQC conducts the final inspection of the finished product;
15.Packaging;
16.Delivery;
